Manager, Customer Success & Services About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manager to support technology delivery for our Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Shared Services functions. In this role, you will partner closely with business teams to help design, deliver, and maintain scalable, customer-centric solutions that improve service execution, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate across Customer Support, Success, Services, and Digital teams to ensure our platforms and tools align with business needs, increase productivity, and deliver measurable impact. This role will also provide exposure to emerging AI capabilities—supporting the implementation of automation, predictive insights, and modern engagement tools that enable smarter, more efficient customer experiences.
