About The Position
The Cloud Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. This role bridges operations, engineering, and customer experience to deliver high system uptime and seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance (uptime, latency, SLAs)
- Monitor systems using observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts) and lead incident response and resolution
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams to deploy, maintain, and optimize infrastructure
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
- Establish and track KPIs/SLAs/SLOs for system reliability and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO)
- Coordinate change management, releases, and maintenance activities
- Lead operational readiness for new features and system upgrades
