The Manager of Social Services and Case Management is responsible for providing leadership and supervision for the Social Service/Case Management department. This includes monitoring the competency of staff members and the appropriateness of care provided to patients and families. The Manager is responsible for duties including education and mentoring of staff, managing clinical coverage and staff schedules. This position may also provide direct patient care as required by program needs. Will perform other duties as assigned.
