The Social Media Manager at XPO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X. This role involves building channel-specific strategies aligned with business priorities, creating editorial calendars and campaign plans, and identifying opportunities to enhance XPO's brand, culture, and thought leadership. The manager will also monitor social trends and emerging content formats to continuously evolve strategy. A key part of the role is conceptualizing, capturing, and producing engaging social-first content, including short-form video, photography, and graphics, and partnering across the business to bring stories to life. The position requires overseeing daily publishing, scheduling, and community management, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate engagement with audiences. Additionally, the manager will track and analyze social media performance, translate analytics into actionable recommendations for improvement, and provide regular reports to leadership on key performance indicators. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
