Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally agency side, with proven results on brand accounts and a solid command of social analytics platforms.
  • Platform-first thinking, with TikTok and Instagram as your home turf, and an instinctive understanding of rising trends, native content, and engagement drivers.
  • Ability to create content yourself, whether designed or filmed on a phone.
  • Confident use of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva.
  • Daily use of AI, including tools like Higgsfield, to speed up research, drafting, content creation, and reporting.
  • Communicate with confidence.
  • Manage senior stakeholders calmly under pressure.
  • Thrive on ambiguity, autonomy, and the pace of a small, agile team.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own content strategies for a portfolio of US brand accounts, defining platform-native formats, content pillars, and creative direction across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Lead content planning end to end, from calendars and briefs through approvals, publishing, and community management, so every channel feels native, intentional, and on brand.
  • Steer all production sources, from freelance designers, photographers, and videographers to internal design and influencer/UGC teams, and join photo and video shoots on set when needed.
  • Act as the primary client contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and pushing back on briefs that don't match platform or audience reality.
  • Turn performance data into sharp insights, trend reports, and recommendations, and work with Strategy, Creative, Influencer, and Paid teams to act on them.

Benefits

  • Flexible remote setup
  • Opportunity to work abroad from any of our office locations (Paris, London, Hamburg, or Berlin)
  • Global team collaboration, learning, and celebration events
