The Manager, Social Media Engagement leads Allstate’s social engagement strategy—building brand affinity through meaningful, real-time interactions and opportunities in social culture. This role owns end-to-end engagement operations, turning social conversations into brand opportunities and safeguarding Allstate through effective monitoring, response and escalation. You’ll live in the conversation, build the systems behind it and lead our team to engage authentically with consumers.
