About The Position

TKO is seeking a Manager, Social Impact to help bring the company’s social impact strategy to life across its businesses, employees, and communities. Reporting to the VP, Social Impact, this role will support the day-to-day coordination and execution of employee engagement and volunteer programs, support select corporate nonprofit partnerships and Impact initiatives spanning TKO’s portfolio of businesses, and help us share this work with our employees, stakeholders, and fans. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, resourceful, action-oriented and has a genuine passion for community-centered work. This role is best suited for a highly organized and collaborative professional who is motivated by the opportunity to make social impact work tangible for employees and communities and can move comfortably between planning and execution.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, community partnerships, philanthropy, nonprofit, or related field
Demonstrated experience building and executing employee programs, specifically volunteer, giving, belonging, or community-engagement programs
Strong project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders
Comfort with operational and administrative work as needed, including managing trackers, budgets, invoices, reporting, event logistics, and follow-through
Experience working with nonprofit partners and an ability to assess organizational credibility, program fit, and potential for measurable impact
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, polished materials for employees, partners, and senior leaders
Collaborative working style and sound judgment in a complex, matrixed organization
Creative and innovative approach
Commitment to practical, inclusive, community-centered programming that is substantive rather than performative
Drive and determination to help build and maintain a best-in-class Impact team and strategy
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Responsibilities

Support the development, growth, and day-to-day operation of employee impact and volunteerism programs and teams
In partnership with other departments, including People + Culture and Corporate Communications, plan and execute employee events, volunteer opportunities, giving initiatives, and other programs and events
Develop employee-facing resources and materials to support Impact and employee engagement programs
Help establish and support local employee engagement teams
Support TKO’s Business Units as needed on Impact-related programming, events, and campaigns
Support the rollout and ongoing management of select corporate partnerships
Help build and support the ongoing management of our Affinity Network / ERG-related programs and affiliated organizations
Support local nonprofit partnerships in priority offices
Identify opportunities to connect major TKO events, business units, and talent platforms to meaningful community engagement
Day-to-day administration of charitable contributions and in-kind support
Manage the process for tables, galas, and charitable contributions
Partner with Internal Communications and People + Culture on employee-facing content, event communications, toolkits, and sharable stories
Support the development of ongoing leadership updates and annual reports
Support with social media content ideation and coordination
Help build and maintain the systems and processes that support our work
Process invoices and payments and donations
