Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of facility operations.
  • Ability to gather, review, and maintain lease agreements; familiarity with lease terms and contract tracking.
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting processes; ability to assist in developing and monitoring facility-related budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
  • Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the maintenance programs and processes of the Mount Athos Road facility to ensure timely and effective production.
  • Coordinate with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
  • Ensure repairs and upgrades meet applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate necessary training to ensure technician staff is qualified to perform as needed.
  • Manage all vendors or contractors supporting site maintenance or expansion activities.
