About The Position

The Manager, Site Events & Activations leads the planning, management, and execution of a defined suite of employee-facing events, programs, and activations for an assigned client account across one or more sites. As part of an outsourced services model, this role is responsible for helping shape, propose, and deliver an approved annual calendar of events that aligns with the client’s business priorities, workplace strategy, employee experience goals, and site needs. The Manager serves as a key partner in transforming client objectives into meaningful, well-executed experiences that drive awareness, connection, and participation throughout the year. A core part of this role is leading with a hospitality mindset and ensuring a high standard of customer service across every interaction, event, and activation. The Manager is expected to create experiences that are not only operationally strong, but also welcoming, thoughtful, and responsive to the needs of employees, guests, and client stakeholders. Working in a matrixed, client-facing environment, this role partners closely with client stakeholders, internal account leaders, strategic partners, vendors, and other service providers to align priorities, manage resources, and deliver a consistent service experience. In addition to execution, the Manager contributes to the development of the annual events calendar, monitors participation and feedback, and identifies opportunities to improve service quality, event impact, and overall attendee experience. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong program management with a polished service orientation, stakeholder confidence, and a commitment to hospitality-driven delivery.

Requirements

  • Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
  • Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary if candidate has related conference services experience
  • Have at least five years hotel or conference center experience
