Purpose: We are seeking a Global Business Product Owner (BPO) to lead Service & Repair capabilities within the Butterfly CXM transformation. This role serves as the voice of the business , owning requirements, process development, and adoption digital solutions globally. Over a two-year duration (with potential to extend), the BPO will partner across Business, IT, and Program teams to ensure solutions are well-defined, delivered successfully, and fully adopted driving measurable improvements in service efficiency and customer experience.
