About The Position

Lifemark was acquired by Loblaw Companies on May 10, 2022. This remote opportunity, based anywhere in Ontario, requires occasional travel for events and to client sites. The role reports into the Director, Providers and Partnerships and is responsible for building strong partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and driving performance across affiliated providers within the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Affiliate Clinic Network. The ideal candidate has a passion for high-quality healthcare, is highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, analytical, and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills are required, along with strong knowledge of MS Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases. Strong knowledge of industry-relevant legislation and regulations is vital. A healthcare background is essential for providing guidance and solutions. Proficiency in French is an asset, and knowledge of multiple languages is valued.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in healthcare, rehabilitation, or insurance industries.
  • Experience managing clinic networks or service delivery partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant healthcare degree is an asset.
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is also valued.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with MVA affiliate clinics and service delivery partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and referral performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the network.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards from intake to delivery.
  • Act as subject matter expert on MVA and operational requirements.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Analyze outcomes and provide reporting insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery.
  • Support onboarding of new clinics including training.
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions and materials.
  • Support expansion of the affiliate clinic network.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline and market analysis.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
