Manages the daily operations of the Self Pay and Bad Debt department for Peaks region. This involves managing a team of supervisors and a team of remote caregivers who answer patient inquiries regarding all aspects of our billing processes. This team’s role is to help patients understand their financial responsibility and collect on outstanding balances or connect patients with resources to aid in the resolution of these balances. This individual must create a high performing team in a fast-paced telephony environment to support a high level of patient satisfaction consistent with the organization’s mission.
