Role Purpose Dover Corporation is seeking a cyber security internal communications leader who owns and governs how cyber security priorities are understood, adopted and acted upon across the enterprise. This role serves as the strategic owner of cyber security internal communications and change enablement; translating enterprise security strategy into clear, compelling narratives that drive measurable behavior change, individual accountability and risk awareness. The Manager leads enterprise-wide cyber security messaging across Dover and its operating companies (OpCos), strengthening trust, alignment, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. This highly visible role partners closely with the head of global internal communications, executive leadership and IT / cyber security teams to ensure communications are consistent, modern, data-informed and aligned with Dover’s values, culture and business objectives.
