Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and audit the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track deal progress, timelines, and status changes across supply chain accounts.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or errors and proactively resolve them.
  • Generate regular pipeline reports and summaries for leadership.
  • Work closely with Go-to-Market team and ensure that pipeline opportunities are up to date.
  • Assist with forecasting and demand planning activities.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership by analyzing sales trends and if required, providing insights to leadership team.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of sales dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on deal status and operational requirements.
  • Support a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment with peers and cross-functional team.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional team (Field Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Project Delivery Managers, Business Development leaders).
  • Ensure data integrity across systems, spreadsheets, and shared files.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline pipeline management and reporting workflows.
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation related to sales operations tasks.
