We are hiring for two positions on our Sales Strategy & Planning team. One position will support SS&P Distribution. The other will support SS&P K12. This posting will hire for both positions. The Sales Strategy & Planning (SS&P) Manager is a key member of the Foodservice Prepared team, supporting the K–12 and Distribution channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing category and channel strategies, while helping deliver against annual financial and volume targets for Tyson Foodservice Prepared categories. This position serves as a critical link between field sales, brand marketing, supply chain, demand planning, and business unit teams, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and improve execution in market. The role emphasizes performance analytics, distribution effectiveness, and channel-specific dynamics, including K–12 nutritional guidelines and distributor network performance. The SS&P Manager operates in a highly cross-functional environment and plays a central role in aligning strategy with execution—enabling the sales organization to win with customers and operators. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset, along with the ability to quickly synthesize information into clear recommendations.
