About The Position

As a Manager, C-Store Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of strategy across the U.S. Convenience channel. You will help translate high-level business priorities into actionable plans, tools, and processes that drive performance across the sales organization. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will contribute to operational excellence, enable field teams with the right insights and resources, and help deliver results against key business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Operations, or related CPG roles
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and category management principles preferred
