We are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader who can bring structure to complexity, elevate team performance, and translate insights into measurable business results. About the Role The Manager, Sales Operations is a key leader connecting strategy, people, and performance across IVX Health’s Sales and Growth functions. This role manages and leads the Sales Operations and Support function and partners closely with Sales and Data teams to improve efficiency, generate insight, and drive disciplined execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, operational leadership, and curiosity, ensuring the sales organization is supported by accurate reporting, scalable processes, and systems that enable continued expansion and scaling across markets and therapies. This role is also well suited for candidates with backgrounds in internal consulting, strategy, chief of staff, or other cross-functional leadership roles who excel at solving ambiguous problems and driving execution across teams.
