About The Position

Zeta’s state-of-the-art, data-fueled, AI-driven, award-winning, omnichannel platform drives superior media outcomes for brands and agencies. We are seeking a Manager, Sales Marketing - Programmatic to partner deeply with our sales team to tailor precise, creative and clearly-communicated solutions and concepts for our clients, in tandem with our product, sales planning, and data cloud teams. This is a collaborative role reporting directly to a Director, Partnership Marketing, with support from the team leader, the GVP of Partnership Marketing. Ideally, you will be located on the East Coast and work ET hours.

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to satisfy two key areas: Externally: understanding and communication of our products and services to external client teams in a compelling, accurate, strategic, and holistic manner; Internally: communicating with internal key stakeholders and SMEs to effectively harness their expertise in building new content for various projects (sales materials, technical documentation, analyst relations, etc.) across business needs.
  • Leverage programmatic advertising knowledge to inform media strategy, audience targeting, and activation recommendations within client proposals
  • Ability to understand data and identity, then creatively apply that understanding in communicating unique and client-specific applications and use cases
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, personable, and strong attention to detail.
  • Consistently curious about sales and product developments and gaining familiarity and expertise in multiple practice areas. Can translate information into understanding and implement into sales and training materials.
  • Proven track record of project management and time management to ensure that programs developed are relevant and aligned with sales and business needs and objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation or word processing software
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in similar roles, including at agencies, brand marketing teams, media publishers, or managed service ad tech platforms

  • Experience with programmatic advertising (DSPs, data-driven media buying, audience targeting, and optimization) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver on a pipeline of presales deliverables across a range of client industries.
  • Apply your experience, creativity, strategic intellect, and product knowledge to help ideate and map Zeta’s solutions to address client need, then create the client deliverable to appropriately articulate solution
  • Craft creative concepts that tie a brand’s personality and marketing goals to areas where Zeta has differentiated equity in clear, powerful, easy-to-grasp platforms
  • Collaborate with Zeta’s sales team and internal SMEs to hone the solution, craft the narrative and design each deliverable
  • Partner with other Partnership Marketing team members on key projects outside of the proposal pipeline, including the development of thought leadership content, new proposal templates and frameworks, and more.
  • Create and maintain a library of sales collateral within verticals, partnering with key internal stakeholders
  • Experience with programmatic advertising (DSPs, data-driven media buying, audience targeting, and optimization) strongly preferred
