Overall Purpose: To lead, direct, and optimize a team of telesales representatives in a consumer call center, driving revenue growth through effective sales and upselling strategies while ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction. Job Contribution: Oversees entry to mid-level sales employees, responsible for assigning tasks, implementing sales plans and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to manage small, less complex sales with a smaller quota or territory. Handles process-driven assignments with moderate oversight. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.
