The Manager, Sales Effectiveness executes and sustains the commercial discipline within the assigned segment, ensuring pipeline quality, adherence to the commercial management cadence, execution of client plans, Commercial tools adoption, and the availability of tracking tools for RMs and leaders. This role works closely with commercial teams and cross‑functional areas, following standards set by the Senior Manager/Regional Leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in roles related to Consulting, Project Development and Execution, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels.
  • High collaboration and teamwork orientation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Solid understanding of the banking business, including commercial and corporate banking dynamics.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of business and financial concepts is preferred.
  • Proven exposure to banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with data management and analytics tools such as databases (e.g., SQL), Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of commercial management models (pipeline, coverage, prioritization).
  • Develop commercial analyses and insights with Client Insights & Analytics and deliver them to leaders to support management.
  • Monitor data quality and coordinate technical adjustments, dashboards, and training with Client Insights & Analytics.
  • Channel requirements and improvement needs to the Senior Manager/Regional Leader.
  • Maintain and update operational reports and scorecards; facilitate their use with RMs and Team Leaders.
  • Track activity, productivity, and performance metrics; generate strategic insights and share them with leaders.
  • Execute and monitor approved incentive schemes, support inquiries and eligibility.
  • Ensure client plans include objectives, strategies, and actions aligned with segment priorities.
  • Support, challenge and track client planning and execution.
  • Implement and enforce the commercial management cadence.
  • Participate in planning sessions, providing analyses, insights, and observations based on pipeline and commercial activity.
  • Follow up on model improvement initiatives and participate in regional Sales Effectiveness projects.
  • Coordinate campaign deployment with involved areas; ensure team adoption.
  • Report team results and optimization opportunities to the Senior Manager.
