For this role, we are looking for a key manager to help build and scale our world-class growth machine. You will be joining the team that designs the business infrastructure, intelligent automated workflows, and data-driven insights that drive success in the agent recruiting process. This role reports to the Managing Director of the Revenue Strategy and Operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment; no two days are alike, and everyone on our team has a lot of freedom to choose the projects that they believe will have the biggest impact for the company. The most important skill set for this role is the ability to optimize and drive process excellence for an enterprise sales organization by marrying traditional revenue operations with modern AI-driven automation. The Manager will be expected to lead complex, dynamic projects with multiple cross-functional business and technical partners (including sales, sales leadership, business systems, finance, legal, and company leadership).
