We have an exciting role open as a Manager, Revenue Operations in our Toronto office. Your focus will be managing the day-to-day Billing, Collections and Client Life Cycle teams across the offices. The position will oversee the operations of these areas, ensuring financial controls are designed and operating effectively. This individual will own and lead continuous improvement efforts to core processes to increase the quality of output as well as improve the productivity of the finance operations team. The position will build and maintain relationships with the business and ensure the team delivers high quality and timely service to the Firm. The Manager, Revenue Operations will report directly to the Director, National Finance Operations. Please note that this role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Each week will combine both working from your home office and working from the McMillan office.
