Manager Reliability Coordination
About The Position
As Manager of Reliability Coordination at MISO, you’ll be at the heart of real-time operations—where every moment counts. You’ll lead a control room team that responds swiftly and confidently to keep the grid safe and secure. This is where your leadership truly makes a difference. You’ll collaborate with MISO’s research and development teams and our customers, influencing policy and driving process improvements as data centers, solar, and battery energy resources expand across our region. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 12 years of equivalent technical experience)
- 8+ years of relevant technical experience
- ISO/RTO or energy industry expertise in transmission operations, relay system protection, or substation design/maintenance
- People management experience (preferred)
