We’re looking for a Manager, Regional Marketing to lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across a large and high-impact portfolio of dental practices. This is a critical role with significant visibility, supporting a substantial portion of the organization’s growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring a hands-on marketer who can translate business goals into effective local campaigns while maintaining alignment with national priorities. You will work closely with practice leaders, Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver marketing programs that drive patient acquisition and retention. The role also includes managing and developing team members, while contributing to broader marketing processes, standards, and playbooks that support scale across the organization.
