About The Position

The Manager, Regional Events and Experience owns independent, end-to-end execution of OneDigital’s Central and South Region event portfolio, including client summits and executive engagements, tradeshows, seminars, and Client Advisory Council events. This senior field marketing role combines hands-on production of complex, high-visibility events with development of repeatable regional processes and standards. The Manager receives event briefs from Growth Marketing or Client Experience Marketing leadership and translates them into project plans, venue and vendor arrangements, run of show, activations, attendee experiences, on-site execution, budget reconciliation, and post-event measurement. The role builds a unified regional event operating model, activation library, calendar of record, tiering standard, and event-to-pipeline measurement approach. It owns event execution and production, while Growth Marketing and Client Experience retain responsibility for event strategy, audiences, recruitment, content direction, follow-up, Client Advisory Council strategy, and investment-level decisions. Where competing priorities cannot be resolved using the regional intake and tiering standard, decisions escalate to the Senior Director, Marketing — Central Region, in consultation with the VP, Marketing — South Region. The Manager leads production and logistics for client-facing events and Client Advisory Councils, manages regional sponsorships, budgets, vendors, and event measurement, and provides portfolio-level insights and recommendations. The role also divides work with a Senior Specialist, supports that colleague’s development, and mentors marketers, consultants, and producers. Regional travel averages 30–40% monthly, with seasonal variation; occasional evenings and weekends are required. The role is hybrid and open to candidates in the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Ohio, Illinois, and Minnesota. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
