About The Position

The Manager, Regional Events & Experience owns the independent, end-to-end execution of OneDigital’s Central & South Region event portfolio, spanning client summits and executive engagements, tradeshows, seminars, and the Client Advisory Council. The role turns event briefs from Growth Marketing or Client Experience Marketing leadership into fully realized events, managing plans, venues, vendors, production, attendee experience, on-site execution, budgets, and measurement. The Manager personally leads the region’s most complex and visible events while establishing consistent standards and reusable event infrastructure across markets and portfolios. The role develops a shared regional event operating model, activation library, event calendar, event tiering standards, and event-to-pipeline measurement approach. It partners with Growth Marketing and Client Experience teams, which retain responsibility for event strategy, goals, audience definition, recruitment, content direction, follow-up, and investment prioritization. The Manager also oversees regional event and sponsorship spending, reporting, vendor relationships, and production for client and executive experiences; supports a Senior Specialist’s development; and provides practical event expertise to regional colleagues. Regional travel averages 30–40% monthly, varying by season, with occasional evening and weekend work required. The role is hybrid and open to candidates in the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Ohio, Illinois, and Minnesota.
