About The Position

The Manager, Regional Broker Relations leads a team of Broker Liaisons across an assigned region and develops professional, arm’s-length relationships with insurance brokers, independent agents, and Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs). The role supports Medicare beneficiary education and community outreach while advancing awareness of Better Health Group’s patient care. The Manager is accountable for regional growth metrics, team performance, and compliance across broker engagement activities. The Manager establishes and oversees the operational and regulatory framework for the team, ensuring broker relationships and community activities comply with the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), CMS Medicare Advantage marketing guidelines (42 CFR Part 422/423 Subpart V), and company policies. The position is the primary regional escalation point for compliance questions and novel broker arrangements, partnering closely with the Director, Field Marketing and the compliance team. The role develops compliant regional outreach strategy, oversees educational events and community engagement, supports new clinic openings, and monitors performance and compliance activity. It also ensures appropriate documentation, CRM use, handling of sensitive information, and coordination with internal teams. Frequent travel within the assigned region—up to 75%—is required, along with occasional evening and weekend work based on event schedules.
