The Manager, Recruiting Technology is responsible for the strategy, optimization, administration, and continuous improvement of recruiting systems, tools, and hiring workflows across the organization. This role partners closely with HR, Operations and IT to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, recruiting analytics, automation, and top-of-funnel performance. The ideal candidate combines recruiting operations expertise with strong technical aptitude and a passion for process improvement, AI-enabled recruiting solutions, and scalable hiring infrastructure in a high-growth, multi-location environment.
