Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years related experience, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and student activities services of the department.
- Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual recreational plans and schedules of activities.
- Coordinate with other center staff pertaining to recreation and social activities.
- Develop physical fitness, recreational, and social activities to comply with and support overall goals for student development.
- Oversee operation of all recreational facilities and programs, ensure proper health and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Participate in Career Development Services System (CDSS) by creating positive peer leadership and role modeling techniques through activities both on and off-center.
