As the Quality Manager for US Warehouse Operations, you will champion a quality-first culture across warehouse and logistics operations across the US. This role is critical to improving operational performance by reducing defects, eliminating waste, and ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards. You will lead initiatives that strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS), enhance audit rigor, and drive continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. By leveraging data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, you will identify systemic issues, implement corrective actions, and elevate overall operational quality and efficiency.
