As Manager of Quality Improvement, you will be joining a dynamic department that protects the organization as well as the people we serve. Specifically, your role will be to assist in framing a cohesive approach to quality improvement throughout the organization. Consistent with S:US’ core value of Continuous Quality Improvement, this effort will support the development, coordination and implementation of a quality improvement program that promotes the delivery of quality services to the individuals served across all divisions. The position will be responsible for helping to build our capacity to further advance quality improvement efforts, and overseeing all quality improvement activities within the Quality Assurance Department.
