Find out how you can Make It Possible. The Manager of Core Measures will be responsible for organizing, managing, and facilitating programmatic initiatives. The Manager will directly supervise the Quality Management Specialist staff. This team will support core measures and regulatory data measurements, including performance improvement activities and Joint Commission/CMS compliance. In this role, you will utilize your technical skills in external reporting and database management to ensure the integrity of data abstraction processes and reporting of measures at the senior leadership level.

Requirements

Master's degree
At least 5 years of related quality management experience
Familiarity with quality and performance improvement methods
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to direct work, instill trust and drive engagement

Nice To Haves

3 to 5 years of management experience within a hospital environment

Responsibilities
