The Public Relations Manager – North America leads strategic print, digital, social and experiential communications across the United States, driving elevated visibility, cultural relevance, and sustained earned media impact for Tiffany & Co. This role is highly focused on securing institutional, high jewelry placements within key global media properties, with a particular emphasis on long-lead editorial strategy, in-depth features, and culturally significant storytelling. A core priority of the role is to elevate Tiffany’s creative voices while further strengthening and evolving the brand narrative around craftsmanship, design excellence, and enduring legacy. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of media relations and PR experience within luxury, fashion, or high jewelry, and demonstrates exceptional editorial judgment, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead high-impact storytelling across print, digital, and social platforms. In close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Events, Marketing, and Entertainment, the Public Relations Manager will shape and execute integrated PR moments, bespoke experiences, and press presentations that engage top-tier media, drive meaningful coverage, and elevate the brand’s presence across priority moments, including campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, retail initiatives and award season activations. Ultimately, this role is responsible for deepening Tiffany & Co.’s brand desirability through authoritative storytelling, strong media relationships, and a refined understanding of craftsmanship and luxury positioning at the highest level.
