About The Position

As Manager, Project Management, you will lead multiple projects in collaboration with stakeholders, developing and executing comprehensive plans aligned with business objectives. The role requires effective communication, resource management, and adherence to project standards to support timely delivery and budget compliance. You will build strong relationships, promote accountability, support team development, uphold ethical standards and company values, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. The role is part of the Global Supply Chain team, which works across markets and functions to enable connected, efficient, and scalable supply chain operations. The team leads strategic initiatives, improves ways of working, and supports projects that transform the global network. It integrates business perspectives to address complex challenges, improve visibility, and turn ideas into practical, sustainable outcomes through stakeholder engagement, communication, and accountability. The position is based at 703 Associate Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716. Walmart describes a competitive compensation package that includes performance-based bonus awards and benefits. The annual salary range is $70,000 to $130,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses; stock may also be included for certain positions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, business, operations, or a related area; or 4 years of experience in project management, business, operations, or a related area.
At least 1 year of experience working in cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including building and maintaining effective relationships.
Ability to develop and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and company values.
Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training, mentoring, and developing team members.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, and educate them on requirements and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and obtain management approval for resources.
Create and execute communication plans that provide status updates and minimize the impacts of change.
Manage multiple projects by developing and communicating project plans and schedules and adhering to project standards.
Monitor budgets, identify risks, escalate changes, and ensure tasks are completed on time to meet project goals.
Supervise, mentor, and develop associates while promoting accountability and continuous learning.
Uphold ethical standards, integrity, and company values.
