Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 4 Years of Project Management experience

Nice To Haves

• Masters Degree or MBA
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• 2+ years of Jira or Confluence experience
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with customers in Technology and Product Management to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
• Quickly learn and apply business and technical knowledge in previously unfamiliar domains, specifically within Payments.
• Display excellent communication and partnership skills, which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of project management competencies, bringing the ability to organize and structure work in a dynamic and complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure projects overcome obstacles of delivery.
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Ensure on-time delivery by proactively managing multiple bodies of work to identify and mitigate risk.
• Work autonomously and independently leverage available resources to resolve blockers of project progress.
• Apply a detail-oriented approach to all project deliverables to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
