Curated events play a key role in how we hire, making this position essential to building strong talent pipelines and delivering experiences candidates remember. About the team: The Intern Programs team, part of the Early Careers group, partners across Walmart and Sam’s Club to attract emerging talent and deliver impactful experiences. The team designs and executes engaging events and programs that connect candidates to internship opportunities, emphasizing growth and organizational alignment. By utilizing insights and feedback, they continuously enhance these experiences to be meaningful and accessible. Their work supports building strong talent pipelines and fostering lasting connections, ensuring alignment with business goals while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout all initiatives.
