About The Position
The Governance, Standards & PMO Capability Lead is responsible for establishing and evolving the governance framework, operating standards, and program management capabilities that enable consistent execution across Digital Workplace strategic initiatives. This role serves as the architect of the Strategic Programs Office operating model, ensuring teams have the frameworks, tools, standards, training, and community support necessary to deliver strategic outcomes with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
Requirements
- Manager - Program Management experience
- Experience in establishing and evolving governance frameworks.
- Experience in establishing and evolving operating standards.
- Experience in establishing and evolving program management capabilities.
- Experience in architecting operating models for Strategic Programs Offices.
- Experience ensuring teams have necessary frameworks, tools, standards, training, and community support.
