About The Position

The Strategic Execution & Insights Lead is responsible for providing executive visibility into Digital Workplace's highest-priority strategic initiatives through leadership reporting, performance measurement, OKR tracking, value realization, and cross-functional escalation management. This role serves as the operational heartbeat of the Strategic Programs Office, ensuring leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights into strategic initiative health, organizational priorities, and execution outcomes. The individual will partner closely with initiative leaders across Digital Workplace to drive transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.
