Additionally, the role includes building go-to-market plans for new feature launches, leading individual team members or teams in their work and career development, and leading the Seller Standards & Feedback Policy Strategy. This includes defining and evolving policy frameworks that govern seller performance evaluation and feedback integrity, ensuring they are fair, data-informed, and scalable across regions. The role requires using performance data, customer research, and competitive benchmarks to identify areas for improvement, simplification, or innovation. The Manager will act as the central point of contact for Seller Standards Policy across Trust, Legal, Analytics, Product, and Customer Service teams, building clear, compelling narratives to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on trade-offs and priorities. Input into related initiatives like enforcement strategies, transparency mechanisms, and seller communication standards will also be provided. Partial telecommuting is permitted from within a commutable distance.
