About The Position

This position leads, trains, and mentors supervisors in all aspects of production operations. The role focuses on leading and improving production operations performance to safely produce quality products and services on time and complete. It drives continuous improvement through the development of improved methods, tooling, machinery, and facilities to achieve business goals and objectives. The role has considerable autonomy in running production operations and reports to an Operations or Plant Manager, making key operational decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in production supervision or management roles.
Proven ability to manage teams, production processes, and budgets.
Strong understanding of systems: Supply chain, Lean manufacturing, Quality control

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire production operation
Ensuring goals are met when related to: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost
Develop and implement: Operational policies, Production schedules, Process improvements
Coordinate with other departments (engineering, maintenance, HR) to optimize production flow.
