About The Position

Apogee Architectural Metals Position Summary Lead, train, and mentor supervisors in all aspects of the production operations. Lead and improve production operations performance within the organization to safely produce quality products and services on time and complete. Drive continuous improvement through development of improved methods, tooling, machinery, and facilities to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in production supervision or management roles.
Proven ability to manage teams, production processes, and budgets.
Strong understanding of systems: Supply chain Lean manufacturing Quality control

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire production operation
Ensuring goals are met when related to: Safety Quality Delivery Cost
Develop and implement: Operational policies Production schedules Process improvements
Coordinate with other departments (engineering, maintenance, HR) to optimize production flow.
