About The Position

The Manager – Product Strategy and Partner Channel drives the development, management, and expansion of relationships with key channel partners to foster revenue growth and shared business success. As the strategic owner of the partner ecosystem, the role is accountable for the development, execution and optimization of partner-led growth strategies, including ownership of partner-driven revenue targets aligned with annual corporate objectives with measurable positive impact on P&L performance. Leveraging deep expertise in B2B financial services, payments ecosystems, and product strategy, the Manager – PS & PC identifies and executes innovative growth opportunities, influences product direction, and contributes to enterprise-level strategic planning. The Manager – PS & PC operates at the intersection of partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market execution, serving as an internal intelligence hub and translating partner insights into actionable product, pricing, and operational strategies. The role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-partner, multi-product portfolio strategy, ensuring optimal alignment between partner capabilities and the organization’s product suite to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Additionally, the Manager – PS & PC owns vendor and partner contract strategy, including restructuring agreements and establishing pricing frameworks for new products and partnerships to ensure financial optimization and market competitiveness. The role includes the development of business cases, pricing strategies, and partnership models consistent with organizational growth objectives and market demand. This position includes direct supervisory responsibilities, overseeing the Partner Services Project Manager to ensure operational execution aligns with strategic, revenue, and partnership objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B financial services, payments, or fintech partnerships, including direct accountability for revenue generation
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to C-level executives of internal and external organizations.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, and optimizing partner ecosystems within financial services or payments environments
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and delivering measurable P&L impact through partner and product channels
  • Ability to work internally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align messaging and enablement, and externally with partner leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models for partner channels
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive-level decision-making across product, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Significant experience in contract negotiations, restructuring, and pricing strategy development.
