About The Position

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is seeking a Manager of Product Marketing to join the Growth Product Marketing team within its Digital Products & Services division. This role will focus on the strategy and execution of customer acquisition across web, app, and CTV platforms. The position reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market campaigns to drive subscriptions, translating brand messaging into product contexts, optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return on investment, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The Manager will collaborate with the Director and VP to define strategic goals, establish internal processes, and clarify product positioning and target audience understanding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, preferably within a B2C subscription-based business.
  • Strong track record in performance marketing, including paid media management and funnel optimization.
  • Deep, hands-on digital product marketing knowledge for web, app, and CTV environments.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and cohort analysis.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in customer journey analysis, attribution modeling, and acquisition funnel optimization.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to leadership on results and initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking ability, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies across paid and owned channels, emphasizing lead generation and top-of-funnel tactics for acquisition.
  • Partner with the WBD Media team to develop and execute strategies and set up campaigns.
  • Translate brand fundamentals into product-specific contexts, creating creative briefs grounded in research insights to inspire asset development.
  • Lead acquisition efforts through owned channels, with a primary focus on email for conversion.
  • Collaborate with campaign operations, data, and creative teams to test, optimize, and scale campaigns that boost subscription starts, improve conversion rates, and maximize existing demand.
  • Manage and expand existing channels to meet subscription goals and identify new growth opportunities on emerging platforms.
  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of live campaigns, focusing on improving Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) metrics and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align initiatives with product roadmaps, providing guidance on campaign best practices, identifying risks, and outlining opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using A/B testing, segmentation, and attribution models to refine strategies.
  • Define success metrics and develop clear test plans.
  • Support the broader Product Marketing team in establishing vision, goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the year.
