Manager, Product Management

McDonald's Corporation•Chicago, IL
•$127,332 - $159,165

About The Position

McDonald’s is seeking a systems-oriented Product Manager to own product readiness for Archy as it scales across markets and restaurants. The role identifies what Archy needs to scale reliably, translates market and restaurant needs into reusable product capabilities, and bridges local requirements with the core product roadmap. The position ensures Archy can adapt to differences in language, menus, operations, restaurant technology, and customer behavior while maintaining a standardized, scalable global product. The Product Manager defines scale-readiness capabilities and criteria, identifies product gaps between pilots and broader deployment, and partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Deployment teams to incorporate requirements into the roadmap and address blockers. The role also leads localization frameworks, market onboarding and release criteria, and prioritization of a scale-focused product backlog using deployment friction and market feedback. McDonald’s offers health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription drug, mental health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. The role is bonus and long-term incentive eligible. The expected salary range is $127,332.00–$159,165.00 per year.
