About the Team The Bedrock Payments team is hiring a Manager of Product Management to help drive Operational Excellence for Payments! Bedrock is the enterprise platform for consumer loan payment processing at Capital One and is on track to process $1 Trillion payments this year. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity along with product rigor as you'll work closely with product and engineering leadership as well as critical tenant stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans as you drive the roadmap and prioritization to evolve our Platform Observability, modernize our Well Managed Controls Infrastructure, automate our Reliability Engineering with AI, and improve our Quality Engineering to ensure a resilient platform. Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
