About the Team The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds the foundational technologies that power our end-to-end customer journey. Within this organization, our Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns the core, cross-cutting capabilities that intelligently drive and optimize every individual customer interaction. Alongside them, the Experience Platforms team ensures the absolute quality, consistency, and analytical depth of our customer-facing digital channels and communication delivery systems. Together, these teams fuse advanced data, AI, and robust front-end engineering to deliver seamless digital experiences. Joining this group means helping shape the modern, scalable platform ecosystem that directly impacts how millions of users connect with our brand. Requirements

  • Currently have, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, content systems, or CMS systems
