About the Team The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds the foundational technologies that power our end-to-end customer journey. Within this organization, our Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns the core, cross-cutting capabilities that intelligently drive and optimize every individual customer interaction. Alongside them, the Experience Platforms team ensures the absolute quality, consistency, and analytical depth of our customer-facing digital channels and communication delivery systems. Together, these teams fuse advanced data, AI, and robust front-end engineering to deliver seamless digital experiences.
