This role is part of the Global Kids Sportswear Product Management Team and is responsible for leading the end-to-end product creation process for Kids TEES Apparel. This role sits at the center of one of the largest and most dynamic areas of the Kids business—driving seasonal product excellence, operational rigor, and consumer-relevant product storytelling across graphics, fit, materials, and construction. The Kids TEES business is a key growth driver within Kids Sportswear, requiring a leader who can manage complexity at scale while balancing speed, creativity, and commercial impact. This role will help shape the future of Kids apparel by translating consumer and marketplace insights into compelling seasonal assortments that connect sport, style, and culture for the next generation. The Kids Sportswear Product Management team drives the strategy and execution behind one of Nike’s most important growth businesses. This role partners closely with Design, Development, Merchandising, Graphic Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Operations to bring seasonal product visions to life. You will work across cross-functional triads to manage product creation from brief through commercialization—ensuring clarity, alignment, and executional excellence throughout the process. This role reports into the Senior Director, Kids Sportswear Apparel Product Management.
