About The Position

Support the creation and management of seasonal golf apparel assortments across key product categories. Develop a strong understanding of the global golf apparel marketplace, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, retail environment, and regional market opportunities. Translate consumer insights, athlete feedback, market trends, and competitive research into commercially viable product assortments and long-term category strategies. Create compelling product stories and concepts that build an emotional connection between the PUMA Golf brand and consumer. Plan product lines with an understanding of finished goods, chase opportunities, blank inventory strategies, pricing architecture, and profitability goals. Partner with Design teams on seasonal direction, trends, color, graphics, and competitive opportunities within the golf and performance apparel landscape. Create seasonal product briefs that define product positioning, pricing architecture, consumer insights, assortment opportunities, and margin objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product creation process. Utilize planning, merchandising, and historical business insights to identify assortment efficiencies, style productivity opportunities, and category growth potential. Ensure seasonal product milestones, key calendar deliverables, and data management requirements are completed accurately and on time. Assist in presenting seasonal product lines, concepts, and go-to-market strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure organizational alignment. Support seasonal go-to-market initiatives, product knowledge tools, and sales meeting presentations.

Requirements

  • 4-year university or college degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Management, or related apparel/fashion discipline.
  • 2–4+ years of product experience within the sport, performance, or fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of performance fabrics, fit, apparel construction, product development processes, costing/pricing, and supplier capabilities.
  • Interest in golf culture, sport performance, and lifestyle trends.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and strong analytical/business acumen.
  • Excellent product and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships within diverse and global teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both small and large group settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator.
