Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years’ professional experience.
- 2 years in financial planning experience, with project management or product development background preferred.
- Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Product development skills, including crafting clear and actionable business requirements and understanding client experience and system requirements.
- Analysis skills with the ability to understand how data and experiences work within a complex ecosystem.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment.
- Strategic thinking about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement.
- Ability to enable work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences.
