Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years’ professional experience.
  • 2 years in financial planning experience, with project management or product development background preferred.
  • Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  • Product development skills, including crafting clear and actionable business requirements and understanding client experience and system requirements.
  • Analysis skills with the ability to understand how data and experiences work within a complex ecosystem.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment.
  • Strategic thinking about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement.
  • Ability to enable work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences.
